To ensure only you get your medicines, we use a secure DPD delivery service that requires a PIN code.
On the morning of your delivery, you will receive an email and SMS from DPD with your unique 4-digit PIN code.
You must share this PIN code with your delivery driver upon their arrival to facilitate the handover of your parcel.
If you don’t have your PIN, your driver can resend it to either your mobile number or email address.
For safety purposes, if you are unable to provide the correct PIN, your medication will be returned to the pharmacy.
